Deborah Quinones, BS., CAP, is an experienced counselor specializing in substance use and mental health, boasting a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and certification as a Certified Addiction Professional (CAP). Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology, Deborah is dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth.

With over 30 years in the field, Deborah has worked across diverse settings, including the criminal justice system, prisons, and residential communities, aiding individuals of all demographics. She is adept at addressing underlying traumas contributing to substance use disorders, employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques.

Deborah’s holistic approach considers the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit in recovery. As a Trauma Informed Care Practitioner, she fosters insight and skill development, empowering clients to navigate challenges and cultivate authenticity.
