Jessica Kidd
Human Resources Director
Jessica Kidd has worked in the human resources field for over 15 years. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s of Occupational Science from Eastern Kentucky University, a PHR certification and is working on her SHRM-SCP certification. Jessica started out her career in Kentucky in senior living, working as an assistant staff trainer and HR Coordinator. Before coming to The Refuge, she worked as HR Manager for 6.5 years under her mentor and was able to develop the skills needed to excel in her current role. In her 15 years in Human Resources, Jessica has developed a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture, facilitating employee development and maintaining integrity.
Jessica resides in Central Florida with her husband and two boys. She enjoys spending time with her family – at Disney, the beach, or anywhere around water.
